Moving Discounts

Here's who qualifies for a D&V Movers discount, and how we help with each kind of move. Call or text the office nearest you for a free quote and ask about your discount.

Military and veterans

Active-duty military, veterans, retired military and military spouses all qualify. Moving near JBSA in San Antonio or anywhere else in Texas? Orders came fast? Our San Marcos and Round Rock offices are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and last-minute moves are our specialty. Moving yourself with a rental truck? Our labor-only crews load and unload, and you drive.

Police, firefighters, EMTs and paramedics

You work odd shifts, so we work around them. We can move you early, late or on a weekend.

Nurses and healthcare workers

Long shifts don't leave much time to pack. Our full packing service can pack your whole home, or just the kitchen and fragile items.

Teachers and school staff

Teachers, aides, bus drivers, cafeteria and front-office staff all qualify. Summer is the busiest time to move, so book early to get the date you want before the new school year.

Seniors

Downsizing or moving closer to family? We pack carefully, set up furniture in the new place and can haul away what you're not keeping. Family members are welcome to book the move.

Students

Students get a discount too. Moving to or from Texas State? See our Texas State student moves page.
